CPH:OFFICE offers meeting rooms for rent in Copenhagen near the Forum Metro Station. The meeting room will be prepared and ready for you when you arrive. The table will be set with coffee, tea and water. The meetings include electricity, water, heating, wireless/cabled internet, monitor and whiteboard. Our meeting rooms in Copenhagen are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. In case of a need outside these hours, it is possible to make a special agreement against a further fee. This is optimal if you and your conferees are travelling from different countries to CPH Airport and need meeting facilities. Transport to and parking by the meeting facilitiesIt is easy to get to and from our meeting facilities in Copenhagen. You can either take the Metro directly to the Forum Metro Station, you can take bus 2A or 3A to Rosenørns or to H.C. Ørsteds Vej 50C or you can go directly by car. We have limited private parking spaces, which may be reserved for the day of the meeting.
